Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a mildew smell that lingered, but being in the same building as additional amenities was convenient. The service was top-notch, with staff accommodating my request for a room with a tub and always ready to assist with any inquiries. The location was excellent for exploring downtown Denver, but the constant shortage of towels was an inconvenience. The dining options varied; the breakfast staff were helpful, but there could have been more variety and better-tasting food. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, providing a functional stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better location at this hotel, right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to everything I wanted to explore. The rooms were ready for us early, which was a convenient surprise, but unfortunately, they were quite noisy, and the cleanliness left much to be desired with hair all over the shower and floor. On the bright side, the service was fantastic, with helpful staff who made our early check-in smooth, even though they seemed a bit inexperienced. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the city, but it did feel a bit dull at the edges and bordered by construction. Sadly, the dining options were repetitive and lacked variety, but the self-service setup was adequate. While the facilities were good, the room didn't supply enough toilet paper for our stay. Overall, a mixed experience but with some shining moments.
My stay at the Denver Pavilions was fantastic. The room was spacious, with a kitchen, lounge area, and a huge bed. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything during our five-night stay. The location was superb, close to central Denver with plenty of dining and sightseeing options. However, the dining choices could be more varied, especially for those on specific diets.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. However, cleanliness was an issue as I noticed large crumbs under the couch and beds. The equipment in the room was well-stocked, but there was a faint smell of old marijuana lingering, which was not pleasant.
The hotel had a fabulous room with a kitchenette, sofa bed, and king-size bed, but the misleading photos didn't match the actual room details, as there was a tub instead of a shower. The view facing 15th street was a plus.
